Have you ever given/received 'Love Letters' & 'Mixed Cassette Tapes'? ♥ When I was growing up, it was common to make a girl/boy you liked 'Love Letters' & 'Mixed Cassette Tapes' filled with music. Lyrics & Music were part of the music selection process.
How do teenagers of today express their interest in another? Is there a 'Love Letter' & 'Mixed Cassette Tape' equivalent? How is the penmanship & vocabulary of today's youth? Are there any Songs & Lyrics that actually are capable to capture their heart? UPDATE: Sony Ceases Production of the Cassette Walkman

I still have the mix tapes made for me by various boys back in high school, as well as the one my best female friend made me. Those things mean a LOT to me, and no digital playlist could ever come close to being as awesome. |

Being that I am now in the age of computers and I was too young for cassette tapes I have never had one, nor been given one sadly... I think its more meaningful then a CD of stolen music from a admirer. Obviously penmanship and their vocabulary has been less then it was then in generations past. I have seen so many children and even adults spell words wrong. Their, They're! Two, To, Too! Sorry for this long rant... |
