I was playing around with a friends mac the other day, and although I don't like the overall feel of the OS, I did like the zoom function, is there any program I can use to get this on windows

If your using windows 7 then yes their's a function like that in windows I believe you press the windows key and plus/minus (depending on whether or not you want to zoom in or out)

the second one uses the mouse wheel maybe it will give you more of a Mac feel.

There's a free application that already comes with Windows (at least in XP). The file path in XP is Start/Programs/Accessories/Accessibility/Magnifier. It doesn't have the same Mac like zoom, but I think that they did improve Magnifier for Vista (to feel more Mac like), and most likely the also included it into 7.
