Unfortunately, there is no one service that can do that, that are free or even paid...

If you want to broadcast to two services, you may need something like manycam that can "Use your webcam with multiple programs simultaneously." -----http://www.manycam.com/

I would also like to remind you will need a good upload speed to send live video to two services

It's easy, just create an account on either one of the sites, have a webcam and microphone set up, a good internet connection and you're ready! Just click the "Broadcast" button and start streaming! :)
