For Free, i would say Ustream.tv, because of the simplicity of the service. Justin and stickam site are just a jumble

You have to pay for HD streaming on Ustream as of 2014 and YouTube lags a lot and has a bad delay. Plus if your not well known on YouTube then you won't have a popular live stream on YouTube

If you want to stream on Livestream you have to pay to broadcast in HD. Livestream I see it as a place most news and media stations broadcast on. I normally don't see random people streaming on it unless they are in the media, streaming a concert or live event. That site is more known for local stations to live stream their news. Try it out and see if you like it but in my opinion that is not a good site to stream on again due to mostly news media streams are on it!

As of August 2014 Justin.tv was shut down due to Twitch being purchased by YouTube. YouTube and Justin.tv staff decided to pay more attention on Twitch due to it being more popular. Justin.tv was around for 7 years and now it's gone.

As of August 2014 I can't recommend any good streaming service that is as good or better then Justin.tv. Livestream and Ustream.tv you have to pay to broadcast in HD where Justin.tv had it for free. vaughnlive.tv seems to be another popular site where all the Justin.tv users went to after the site shutdown. I have never used that service but I hear it's good. I don't know about the HD quality or if you have to pay or be some sort of member to stream in HD but I see it as good as JTV. I have heard of a site called streamup.com but it's in beta and doesn't have many channels. I have no clue if that site streams in HD. YouTube does live streaming but in order to do it you have to enable it in settings. The problem with YouTube is not many people will watch you on YouTube when you are live unless you have a big YouTube channel. Other then that little to nobody will come. Their you can stream in HD but the problem with that is you have to have a good internet connection and fast speeds. Also I have noticed that YouTube has a bad lag and delay on their service where Justin.tv didn't. Other then that I wouldn't recommend YouTube Live Streaming but that's my opinion. Ustream use to be good but recently the site makes you pay to broadcast in HD and they make you pay for other things as well. They are a good service but I do not like the recent changes in my opinion. Overall you have to shop around and look at each site. Try each streaming service out their and see which one you like. Overall I think their will never be a service like Justin.tv again but who knows. With the internet as it is today you never know what will happen. Also if you are thinking about streaming on twitch.tv you will have your channel banned if you stream anything other then Gaming. Twitch.tv is strictly for gaming and will not allow you to stream anything else besides gaming. Other then that shop around and try all the streaming sites online and see what one you like the best!

I also forgot that if you want to stream on Livestream you have to pay to broadcast in HD.
