Fuel Injector Cleaners: Lucas Fuel Injector cleaner or STP?

I heard you that you should use Fuel Injector cleaner once a year, is that true? Which products are good STP Fuel Injector Cleaner or Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant With Injector Cleaner? Or do you just fill your vehicle with higher grade gasoline for a few times? Lucas is a good brand name.

I haven't really used any injector cleaner and you should be fine if you don't put anything in it. As long as you do regular maintenance you should be fine. I use just regular low octane gas and my car runs perfectly.
