How do I recover my Sony Vaio vpcm111ax notebook if the partition files are corrupted or deleted?

This computer is 2 months old and has no disc drive.. I tried to boot it up and it goes automatically to the repair screen which then gives an error saying it is unable to repair the computer. I tried the restore option after i got the error and that also gave an error..(0x80070017) I am unable to find the recovery files anywhere on the internet.. I called Sony and they were unable to help and referred me to another department..

Try running chkdsk, you could also load a linux live USB to run disc diagnostics, format everything and the reinstall windows.
