Current Hosting Account Status: Pending DNS

0	I think you should wait because you just set up your new account. It also says on the right panel: "Whats next". "Your hosting account should be ready to use within 24 hours." So wait. answered Oct 20 '10 at 17:55 Madison Tries 6.1k●300●346●399

That is normal for new GoDaddy Hosting accounts. That means they are updating their DNS servers. It can take them up to 24 hours. Sometimes it will only take them a hour.
