How can I monitor my CPU on my PC?

I KNOW THAT THERE IS ALREADY A QUESTION OUT THERE - BUT THAT ONE IS FOR THE MAC

I want to know how I can monitor my CPU usage for my Windows 7 64-bit Notebook PC. Any help??

Speedfan monitors CPU and Heat of your core.

The Task Manager also does it and you don't have to install anything alt text
