Does parallels work both ways?

OSX can only be run legally on a Apple Labled Computer so in that case no.

it can be run on a windows computer... just not legally... apple doesnt want it to be so they dont licsence it... but with a bit of hacking skills u can get it to run on a windows machine...

legality is not an issue for me, not in software terms. But that doesn't mean that ppl shouldn't be rewarded for their work, i.e. osx developers. Apple is just dumb for locking up... imo!
