Im the only one who can't view my web page.

Two days ago I bought a hosting service at GoDaddy.com, and the first day it worked alright... But since yesterday I cant access my webpage by URL from my web browser (tested Chrome, IE7 & Safari 5) nor from my FTP client (WinSCP).

I have already checked http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and it says its only me, that my webpage is up, and to confirm I sent the link to one of my friends and he can access the page.

What's happening? How can I solve this?

Is your site being hosted on an external server?

This happened to me once, they had my IP blacklisted because I had forgotten my password and tried too many times to enter. Then when I recovered my password I couldn't access the site nor the ftp server. I contacted my hosting company and they whitelisted my IP.

This is probably what is causing the problem. If we knew what ISP he had and what his domain was, we could probably find someone with the same provider to test it. I have AT&T.

It also depends on the error you get. I was getting a "The server refused the connection" error, so I suspected I was being blocked.
