Because we are forced to perceive time as linear, this makes us not care about anything that happens as it will not affect us "now" when in fact it has always happened and always will happen. We must learn to think about our actions and not succumb to our environment that is forcing us into all this idiocy.

Our brain is lazy from design. We have a lot of animal instincts, for instance in primeval times you had to persevere your energy to go hunting. This still exists in the modern man, and thats what makes him lazy, and a moron.
