Is it illegal to use HotSpot Shield to watch Hulu, outside of the US?

Not familiar with HotSpot Sheild. VPNs are not illegal. It's just what you do w/ them that is illegal haha! Many of my Chinese friends use VPNs to access content blocked in their country. I would say that as long as you are doing nothing pervy or detrimental to society you will be ok. Using a VPN is a legitimate technology, so browse with anonymity!
