Word Press Newbie needs help

I need someone to help me with wordpress. My blog currently resides on gigadiva.wordpress.com I want to move the blog to my web host, omnis.com I downloaded the wordpress software and uploaded to my web site. I am having trouble configuring wp-config.php. I also need help setting up mysql and php on my web host.

I am unable to find the admin panel on wordpress. I think I have a SNAFU. Wordpress email support was not helpful. I am at the point where I find someone to help me or give up on wordpress altogether and use blogger.com or develop a blog on my person web site http://www.gigadiva.biz.
