I actually go Go-Kart racing lessons every 2 weeks on Thursdays at 4:00pm and it is fantastic. The Kart's reach speeds of up to 90MPH and that is quite fast. There is also a really long straight on the track. Go-Karting does have a disadvantage though - you can get injured... Once I was driving on the straight at around 70 - 80MPH and while I was turning from the outside and started coming to the inside someone was turning from the inside and clipped me and my Go-Kart flipped over twice - Good job I had a helmet on - my hand have severe damage - I will scan my X-Ray for you tomorrow :)
That was damage to my hand
And that was my rib... :S So if you do plan to Go-Kart you need to be brave... |

I love go-karting. I have done it a couple of times on a track near me, with karts reaching 50Mph, but due to the expensive nature of it, I am unable to consistently visit. |

I have never been Go-Karting because the area that I live in you have to be 16 to drive. Or you must pay a extremely large amount of money(+$200) to have to license to drive them under 16 years of age then you have to play to race also. But if I go out to Seattle(which I am looking into doing) I will defiantly be going to that place because it is much cheaper. |

I enjoy driving my homemade go kart for fun... but not fast enough to race even a ATV :( |
