CentOS,,, FTP User help

And to make a new user.

That users needs access to a specific /home/ directory.

Is this possible?

Note: This is CentOS not Ubuntu

Yes - that is really true - please don't target people in questions even if it is a nice thing - arguments can break out saying - why didn't you put my name in and that sort of stuff
