Get a website or hosting web?

I have a website with webs.com, i want to make tutorials to make money on youtube so i can pay my studies, im really good at it but im not satisfy with it, is there a way to add advertisment to a free website hosting like webs, etc? if so tell me how or is there a free hosting website that i can make my tutorialpage adding adds to get earn income or do i need to own a domain like from GoDaddy?
