Connection problems

For the past 4 nights in a row at around 12 O'Clock for about an hour I completely lose connection both wired and wireless. I'm first to admit I don't know very much about troubleshooting connection problems, Is there anything I can do or will I need to contact my service provider?

1	Make sure the router has nothing to do with the internet connection....It may have some permissions to lock out at 12... If it is not the router, call your ISP answered Nov 06 '10 at 01:42 kevin ♦♦ 35.7k●160●316●588
