So I recorded a 12 min vid with the touch the other day, and it just' won't transfer to the computer. I get some error & it won't go through my desktop. The vid plays fine on my ipod. So I just did another test to record another 12 min vid, and I got the same problem with that video. Seems like I'm not able to transfer big videos to my computer because I'll get an error..... I run windows xp btw. [Update one] - Ok, so i got it fixed. Apparently it's a huge problem, and they are going to have it fixed in IOS 4.2. The tech guy from apple told me the touch/iphone etc wasn't meant to record long videos. He showed me a manual way to get the file out of the ipod & it worked. [Update two] - First u need to open itunes & plug in your ipod. Right click ur ipod & click backup. Then go to to my computer>tools>folder options> show all hidden folders. Then go to C>document setting>your username>application data>apple computer>mobile sync>backup>62323>copy save as .mov Find the biggest file in the backup folder and rename it to .mov. |

It might be a problem with itunes, you might want to call apple tech support. |

I recorded a 10 minute video once for a christmas party, and it had no issues. All I did was go to Computer>iPod touch>,dragged and dropped it to a folder I titled "iPod touch videos". |

Are you using NTFS or FAT32 filesystem?
