I'd try using Notepad, or a plain text editor. They are free, and work very well. Just save the file as an MP3 when you are done. If you are looking for something more advanced try Dreamweaver.

Cusinndzl: MP3 is audio not webpages. If you something the super easy use something like webs or yola.com. If you are looking to hand code it. I would suggest NOT spend $500+ fir Adobe Dreamweaver. I use NetBeans. Fairly easy to use. Hope this helps.

I use a desktop program called NetObjects Fusion. I think they are on version 11 or 12 now. I highly recommend it. But if you want another way, use wordpress or Ning. Those are the three I build all my sites with. Stay away from traps like BlueVoda and VodaHost. They will trick you into what you can actually do and make you host through their unsecured server. I had two sites hacked through them before switching.
