I just recorded the audio for an important Veteran's Day service, and Audacity randomly quit on my Mac (don't spew hate, I've had Audacity randomly quit on Windows and Linux as well). Is there any way to easily recover it. I'm using version 1.2.5 for the Mac.

Does Audacity have its own Music folder? or maybe a Temp folder?

I figured it out, but I don't have all of the resources available to explain it to you (because I'm in school). If I have the time, I will explain the process and hope to help some people in the future.
