I think Apple hyped the Beatles announcement a little too much by replacing their entire homepage with the teaser. I am a Beatles fan but I already own all of their music. It definitely is a big announcement, but not one that should have been anything more than a PR blurb. Do you agree? |
Yes, I don't see how having the Beatles on iTunes is going to change my life forever... |
yes, A lot of people were expecting something more, and it was only a new band, that if most people wanted will have wanted to buy, will have bought somewhere else or torrented |
Yes, and what where they on about, 'Tomorrow is just another day, that you will never forget.' Ask me this question tomorrow and I SWEAR I would have forgot it by then. |
Yes, it was a disappointment for me. I was expecting something big that would revolutionize iTunes, but no, it was just new songs being added to the store. |
You are forgetting one tiny detail: all the early albums were in mono (in the UK at least). To be able to hear them in stereo takes them to another dimension. |
Hell yes, I'm doing the Stock Market Challenge and I'm heavily invested in Apple and they went down five dollars today |
Yes, I never knew they were not on there, of course being Apple they could be a huge deal about finally having blu-ray drives and then you just think, wait, they are just NOW doing that, a little behind the times there. I also saw the price, it would be cheaper to go to Amazon and buy the entire set, digital should NOT cost for then the tangible product. (The only time that seems to matter less is software or games because the cost can be much higher anyway so there is a good feeling it is not about the packing in any way.) |
YES! I know it is a big deal for some people, but it is not a day I will never forget. |
