Windows 7 Keeps asking about running a system file through a setup run verification dialog

everytime i start Windows 7 i get this Dialog Box like the one you get when opening a setup program and it keeps on asking to run boost32.dll i click cancel then it keeps appearing again 5 more times and it doesn't even make a difference if i click open
