Currently using three 22" widescreens. Gaming across all three (Radeon HD5850 supports eyefinity) is awesome :-D
oooh, that chair looks nice! It sure does... ahh. Really really comfy looking chair (looks jealous). lol What monitors are those? That chair looks so comfortable. @ dazowen Those are Asus 22" widescreen monitors. The specific model number is VW224U. I picked them up a few years ago when they were $220 each. They've dropped to around $165 since then. 2
I'd love to have your setup, man. You're one lucky mother ducker :P. Man I want that chair!

Mine is very simple, I am still kinda new :P I have an updated and better workplace now!
was this per chance in the upfiles folder? :) 3
Click the picture button. In the popup, paste the URL to the photo. Which means you'll need to upload the photo somewhere first. Not that I can see. Eh, yes you can? Or maybe you need a higher Karma for that? Hmm. Nice desk there! Simple, and you got a window. (I think) Do you mean Windows or actual windows? LOL! Uploading and posting a link are two different things :) Edited that for width btw, it was messing up the page formatting. +1 for nice clean appeal. Thank you guys! I mean actual Window. Haha! LOL! Yes I do have actual windows in my room :) Haha, I mean behind your PC. :) I imagine it's nice to have a window behind your monitor! It is good to have windows in my room and behind my computers. Btw, its not a PC, the monitor on the right is just an external monitor that is linked up to my 13' Macbook :) But I have looking a bigger external monitor! thank you guys :) I have improved my workplace! Nice and clean, I like it.

Well mine is just a small setup compared to OP's but here it is anyway:
Oh and tslib - I support the portrait screen movement! makes coding so much easier! Flickr link to keep them happy! Wallpaper is custom and hand sliced myself :D That's just cool, man! @ne0: Exactly why the two are in portrait :) Also for web browsing. oh I really like that wallpaper. Source? I will find it but it was a 22MP picture I hand sliced in photoshop to the correct dimensions... very nice job with the wallpaper. Long live portrait screens! I don't think I've ever seen a mac setup with that many pixels... ... Chris's doesn't count in this context as I've not seen a high-quality shot of his screens up close. What language(s) do you code in? I'm totally unfamiliar with Mac coding. Portrait mode is sweet, looks awesome. Nice wallpaper as well! Wow, they look more like windows. Very nice. Can you sent me the wallpaper please, its fantastic. dude nice now im jealous 1
I think you should use a landscape monitor to put your dock and menu bar on. I've noticed myself that coding programming is a lot easier on portrait monitors also!

My room is pretty messy right now.
Lots of cords. lol =D I have 2 lines so I can call my self if needed :) I also have 3 routers so I can segment my wired from my wireless network. This is to improve network safety for my other wireless network that I use for when people come over. (3 routers makes it easy to separate the LAN's and prevent systems from seeing each other if there on the 2 separate LAN's Though not visible in the image, there is a printer behind the 2 routers on the desk and on top of that printer is another netgear router. The linksys connects to the ONT for internet, the 2 verizon fios router has it's dhcp and a few other things disabled so I can connect a ethernet cable directly from it's lan port to a lan port (verizon uses the internet in rder to stream ondemand content as well as data for the wigets and the guide. (this allows those boxes to have internet with out me having to use their crappy router for anything else) the router on top of the printer connects to the linksys and my main computers connect to that (it also had a built in gigabit switch) the second router on the desk is usually off but I turn it on to connect other peoples computers either wired or wirelessly Cords going everywhere! you could have SO cool conversations when you phone yourself, :me dreams: anyway, I could not work in that mess, must erradicate cords Looks nice and cosy :) I can see you have the same Sony headphones as I do.. They are great aren't they The room of a true geek, love it! My setup is getting this way, and i love it, everythings at hand, and the processor boxes up top just make it awesome for me.

jesus mate, that looks amazing!! now im jealous
Wow. Just, wow.
It was the featured workspace on LifeHacker a few weeks ago.
What are them blue lights for?
(1) for "geek appeal"; (2) to see what's on and under the desk. I have since moved them up to the ceiling so I can see pretty much everything in the dark.
:( People aren't upvoting my entry because I put it in the question.
that is awesome! :) My desk simply has my MacBook, Printer, and Phone laying out. I like having space to write.
AWESOME!!!!
@Brandon_mn: Thus all the glass space to the left :)
@MikeInVa: It's not polite to downvote without explaining why unless the reason is obvious; which it's not :(
tslib, 1st I will say I think that is an awesome setup and i'm jealous. However, your post is not a question, which this site is supposed to be for. Something like this is better posted over at geeks.pirillo.com as a discussion. Just a friendly observation.
OK, that's a fair explaination, which is all I asked for. Thanks.
Ow... kay? Explain???
what are these certificates?
Very nice setup, I like it!
tsilb, there is a runtime error that pops up whenever I try the link. I suggest looking into that.
Fixed one possible reason, try again.
There was a bug in the way it detects whether you're a spider or not.
what? how does this make sense???
Ok, now it works fine.
hey tsilb how much did you spend totally on you desk( lighting, desk, controll, and etc) and where did you buy all of it at.
No idea, I've aggregated it all over the years. Desks: $600 (three corner desks with the corners removed), American Furniture Warehouse; lighting & remotes $80, Xoxide; computers homemade via Newegg parts (I dunno, like two grand?)
That's allot of monitors. lol
I am confused as well.
Personally I find all them monitors pointless and a waste of money. On the other hand, if you have use for all of them then of course it awesome!
So confused? What the heck.
Do all the screens make you glow in the dark? lol Nice set up BTW.
meh those dont looks like macs, although if they are great place
@nirmalpatel97: No, I have real computers. With parts of my choosing. Computers which allow me to have real productivity which makes real money. I write .NET software, which doesn't run on Macs except through Parallels or Boot Camp; and who wants to spend all day rebooting and virtualizing? I could go on, but I think I've made my point.
me confused...
The link doesn't seem to be working. :(
Trying to fix that.
Or maybe he redid it.
@Chris - Indeed. It appears the latest OSQA update broke a bunch of img and a tags that were added via HTML. Now they work in preview but not in post page; and the Markdown tags show up in post page but not in preview. I don't see any way to make them work in both right now.
Fixed so they work in post page. Also, updated the pic. Thanks.
http://jira.osqa.net/browse/OSQA-554 re: my last
How did you take that picture out of interest . Panorama?
Yeah, stitched a couple images together via Microsoft ICE.
:DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
It's not polite to gloat...
for every monitor on that desk that was one less woman he laid hands on
@Ogrish: Correct indeed. There do indeed exist 10 women I have not laid hands on. Don't worry, though; they're on the list.
That is amazing! Great for a hardcore gamer!
I kinda think that a little over kill... But that's just me!
man you are lucky
bryanminer: It's not luck; I worked for every penny.
Wow. Some amazing place you have there.
