At the websites of a lot of boutique PC vendors, I see gaming laptops that have desktop CPUs and dual-video cards. Are these laptops worth the money? Do they provide adequate cooling? Are they better than having both a laptop and desktop? |

I think that they are adequate at the speed but as far as cooling goes... Gaming is generally on the Desktop as you can provide several modifications to it. Laptops on the other you can't. desktops are generally better in cooling but it really all depends on the air flow and the fan. In short I think you should think wisely before spending money on a gaming laptop. Consider all possibilities. |

That'd be nice to have an energy-efficient desktop CPU in a laptop... |
