I got an AMD Phenom II x6 1055T processor for my birthday. I installed it, and now it won't POST. I tried using the integrated graphics card, and it still won't work. My best guess is that the BIOS doesn't support it. Problem 1: I don't have any more thermal compound, so I can't switch processors. Problem 2: Gigabyte sucks. I've been trying for months to flash my BIOS, but I can't find the latest file on Gigabyte's website. If anybody is interested, it's the GA-MA785GM-US2H. And I still can't find a BIOS file. |

According to Gigabyte, it's supposed to have native support for them. Bummer.
I now tried checking the power leads and clearing the CMOS by hand. No luck.
